Where is my package?

As soon as your package ships, we will send you a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order!

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes.
  • If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it

How long does shipping take?

We know quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. But please be patient, all orders are normally shipped out within 48 hours and standard delivery usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your address. We are an Australian based company and send our products from our warehouse in Sydney.

What materials are used to create my seat cushion?

Our seat cushions are made out of polyester and filled with cotton. Our coccyx cushions use memory foam, and polyurethane is used as the outer material. Most importantly, our cushions are mold resistant and long lasting.

What is my seat cushion's life expectancy?

Our seat cushions are high quality and long lasting, so as long as you take care of your cushion, it should last at least 5 years.

Does my seat cushion need a passport?

Nope, you can just carry it and waltz it onboard - its versatile size and easily moldable shape makes it a journey must have. Many of our customers, take it on flights, buses or camping trips. Some even use their seat cushions for additional support while driving. Your seat cushion is the perfect travel mate.
